By accessing or using FilmDraft (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FilmDraft is a fantasy movie platform where users draft films, build rosters, and compete based on critics scores, box office performance, and awards outcomes. The Service includes league management, standings tracking, movie data, and related features.
#3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FilmDraft. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
#4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

All content, design, and functionality of FilmDraft are owned by FilmDraft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Movie data, posters, and related media are sourced from third-party providers (TMDB, etc.) and remain the property of their respective owners.
#7. User Content
By submitting content (league names, display names, etc.), you grant FilmDraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
#8. Third-Party Services
FilmDraft integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), TMDB (movie data), and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
#9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of movie data, scores, or box office figures.
#10. Limitation of Liability
FilmDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
#11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
#12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
